I began teaching NLP in New Zealand after having trained with many of the more well known trainers in the world.
In experiencing so many different styles I developed a great overview and understanding of the processes, plus an observation of what really worked for the participants to help them to learn more effectively and be able to reproduce the skills.
I began the infinite mastery series to help nlp practitioner and master practitioners in Europe, the United Kingdom and later Japan, who knew a bit about a particular nlp process, but didn't feel confident that they knew enough to use it with ease.
On most NLP trainings, there is a fixed time frame for participants to experience what they are learning about. On a big training problems can occur in the below instances: Your work partner is confused or slow and you run out of time to complete the process, There is a misunderstanding about what to do or how to do it, After the training the manual doesn't seem to give clear enough instruction and you can't seem to remember what made perfect sense to you while you were learning it.
These situations are quite common and the risk to a new practitioner is:
Practitioner may choose not to use a valuable process that could help a client to get clarity because they don't feel confident about their understanding.
Or worse, a new practitioner may find out once they have started a process that they really need more information, and then may try to bluff their way through it.
Or even worse, the new practitioner may go into an un-resourceful state and give up, instead of looking for someone to help them to continue learning.
Milton Erickson, Virginia Satir, and other people like them, genuinely cared about the wellbeing of humanity and they understood the importance of quality in their trainings. They took time to teach their valuable tools because they knew their students were the future. And now it's up to each of you, because you are the future of NLP.
I have selected key subjects that most students could benefit from knowing a bigger picture about. My aim is to train each subject in the 'Infinite Mastery Series' to trainer level or beyond. My higher purpose is to ensure that the standard of NLP is preserved and that it's incredible tools are taught well and understood thoroughly.
